As president of Ergon Construction Group, Nathan oversees Alliant Construction’s operations and also has responsibility over Ergon’s Corporate Engineering and Corporate Maintenance divisions. He joined Ergon in 2005 as project engineer in Corporate Engineering. Originally from Pontotoc, Mississippi, Nathan received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Mississippi in 2005 and his Master of Business Administration from Millsaps College in 2010. He became a professional engineer in the state of Mississippi in 2009.
As Alliant Construction general manager, Andy is responsible for leading and directing the company’s construction projects from inception to completion. He has nearly 30 years of progressive management experience and repeated success in developing project initiatives, directing project plans and achieving quality results. A native of Morton, Mississippi, Andy joined the Ergon team in 2003. He has handled all aspects of facilities management for the company in addition to his role as construction manager for projects across the country, with budgets ranging from $50,000 to $11 million.
Project Manager and Estimator
Trey has a Bachelor of Science in building construction science from Mississippi State University. He is responsible for leading estimates and preparing proposals as well as managing the cost, schedule and quality of projects from conception through punch list. He has been a part of several high-profile projects along the I-10 corridor in Louisiana.
Project Manager and Estimator
Brandon is responsible for preparing budgets and estimates, as well as for managing projects from conception and design through closeout. He graduated from Mississippi State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in civil and environmental engineering. Throughout his career, Brandon has been a part of railroad, site work, commercial, educational and industrial projects ranging from $10,000 to $100 million. Prior to joining the Ergon/Alliant team, he was an estimator and project manager for a railroad construction company in North Mississippi.
Robert is a project estimator responsible for preparing budgets and estimates. He brings to Alliant Construction 32 years of experience in the construction industry. He received his Associate of Arts degree in business and commerce from Holmes Community College. Prior to joining Alliant in June 2020, he worked for a large general contractor as senior estimator. He has been part of several high-profile projects, including the new Aquarium in Gulfport, Mississippi; the Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas; and numerous other projects ranging from $1.5 million to over $200 million.
Jeff, as superintendent, oversees daily construction operations. Before joining Alliant, he worked for a general contractor in Memphis, Tennessee, on a wide variety of commercial/industrial projects ranging from $1 million to $45 million. A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Jeff received a Bachelor’s degree from Delta State University and has worked in the construction industry for the past 13 years.
Mark is responsible for overseeing the daily field operations of construction projects. He was born in Germany as a military dependent, and his family later settled in Orlando, Florida, where he began his construction career as well as his service in the United States Army Reserve. Before coming to Alliant, Mark worked for general contractors throughout the Southeast and overseas on multi-family, commercial and large industrial construction projects. These projects range from a $4 million school addition to a $1.2 billion liquefied natural gas plant on the island of Trinidad.
Corporate Health and Safety Specialist
Randy joined Ergon as a corporate health and safety specialist in February 2020. Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Randy received his Bachelor of Science in criminal justice and business administration from Troy University. He has worked in the industrial and commercial construction industry for 25 years and has extensive experience developing best practices to eliminate incident re-occurrence and project completion within budget. He also has comprehensive knowledge of safety, training, incident investigation, audits, construction, plant operations, excavations, personnel management, environmental evaluation, permitting, OSHA regulations and business process improvements.
Director of Accounting
Wes is the director of accounting for Ergon Construction Group. He has 18 years’ experience in construction accounting. He holds a designation as a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP). Wes received a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from Mississippi State University, and an MBA with an accounting concentration from Mississippi College. A native of Brandon, Mississippi, Wes retired as a lieutenant colonel from the Mississippi Army National Guard after 28 years of service.
